Is Poke snus?
Poke is not snus. Snus is moist tobacco and it cannot legally be sold in the UK, so every Poke can holds tobacco-free nicotine pouches instead: plant fibre, nicotine and flavouring in a slim white pouch. "Poke snus" and "Poke nicotine pouches" are two names for the same thing.

Poke strengths
Every Poke flavour we list comes in two options, chosen on the product page: 9 mg or 12 mg of nicotine per pouch. Those are per-pouch figures rather than per-gram ones, so you can compare them directly against most other brands. Each can holds 20 pouches.

Our strength bands run Low 1-6 mg, Medium 7-11 mg, Strong 12-20 mg and Extra Strong 21 mg and above, counted per pouch. That places Poke in the middle of what we sell: firmer than a starter pouch, below the strongest cans on the site.
