Is Nordic Spirit snus?
Nordic Spirit is not snus. Snus is moist tobacco from Sweden and cannot legally be sold in the UK, so Nordic Spirit cans hold tobacco-free nicotine pouches: plant fibre, nicotine and flavouring in an all-white pouch. Search traffic splits between "Nordic Spirit snus" and "Nordic Spirit nicotine pouches", and both mean these.

What we stock
We carry four Nordic Spirit cans, not the full brand range: Spearmint, Mint, Elderflower and Bergamot Wildberry. Each is £6.49 and each has three strength options on the product page. If you are looking for a flavour that is not one of those four, we will not have it in stock.
Nordic Spirit strengths
The four cans we list carry 6 mg, 9 mg and 12 mg options on their product pages. Be aware that the UK Nordic Spirit range is usually sold as Regular at 6 mg, Strong at 9 mg and X-Strong at 11 mg per pouch, and JTI has changed its packaging, so check the number on the can you receive.

Our strength bands run Low 1-6 mg, Medium 7-11 mg, Strong 12-20 mg and Extra Strong 21 mg and above, counted per pouch. Nordic Spirit flavours
Two of our four are mint and two are not, which makes this a small but reasonably varied selection. Spearmint is the softer, sweeter mint and Mint is the sharper, more menthol-forward of the two; both sit in mint pouches.

How to use them
