Is Iceberg snus?
No. Snus is a moist tobacco product from Sweden and it cannot legally be sold in the UK. Iceberg is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch: plant fibre, nicotine, flavouring and sweetener in a white sachet. UK shoppers search for iceberg snus and iceberg nicotine pouches in roughly equal numbers.

Iceberg strengths
Iceberg sells two formats and the difference between them is large. Medium cans hold 12mg of nicotine per pouch. Standard cans are labelled 50 mg/g, a concentration, and hold 20 slim pouches weighing 0.60g each, which works out at about 30mg per pouch.

Those are the figures Iceberg publishes in its own product descriptions. The number printed on the can is a concentration in both cases, so check the can and read Medium or standard on the label before you judge the strength. Iceberg flavours
The flavour list is the longest of any brand we stock, and most of it sits on the standard cans. Fruit dominates, followed by berry and mint. Several flavours appear in both formats, so you can keep a taste and change the strength.
Mint and menthol

How to use them
Take one pouch, place it under your top lip against the gum and leave it there. Do not chew it and do not swallow it. Most people keep a pouch in for 20 to 60 minutes, then put the used pouch in the lid compartment and throw it away with household waste.
- Use one pouch at a time. Check whether the can says Medium before you start.
- Settle it flat against the gum. The tingle on a standard can is sharp and arrives fast.
- Leave it in for as long as the flavour lasts, up to about an hour.
- Take it out and bin it. Do not reuse a pouch.
