Shipping for Returns

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. Should you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please notify us so we can investigate. If after 7 working days your order has not been received, it will be considered lost in transit. In such cases, you will have the option to either receive a refund or have a duplicate order sent to you at no additional charge.
