How to use them
Take one pouch, place it under your top lip against the gum and leave it there. Do not chew it and do not swallow it. Most people keep a pouch in for 20 to 60 minutes, then put the used pouch in the lid compartment and throw it away with household waste.

- Settle it flat against the gum. The tingle is noticeably sharper on Ninja and Black cans.
- Leave it in for as long as the flavour lasts, up to about an hour.
- Take it out and bin it. Do not reuse a pouch.
