Is Helwit snus?
Helwit is not snus. Traditional Swedish snus is a moist tobacco product and it cannot legally be sold in the UK. Helwit makes tobacco-free nicotine pouches instead: plant fibre, nicotine and flavouring in a small white pouch. Shoppers still search for "Helwit snus", but every can we sell is a nicotine pouch.
Helwit is a Swedish brand made by Yoik AB at Gransholms Bruk in Smaland, and the company states it has no connection to the tobacco industry. The pouches are white and slim, and each can holds 20. Our guide to what snus is explains why UK law treats the two products differently.
Helwit strengths
Helwit prints its strength in milligrams per gram, not per pouch, so the number on the front of the can looks larger than the nicotine you actually take. We list 7, 9 and 12 mg/g cans, which work out at roughly 3.5, 4.5 and 6 mg of nicotine in each pouch.

Helwit flavours

Mint and menthol
Helwit Mint is the 7 mg/g can and the softer of the pair. Helwit Menthol is 12 mg/g with a colder, sharper finish. Both sit alongside the rest of our mint nicotine pouches.
Fruit and berry

How to use them
