What are snus nicotine pouches?

Nicotine pouch strengths explained
Strength is the amount of nicotine in each pouch, measured in milligrams (mg). Some brands print a figure per gram (mg/g) instead, so a can labelled 16.5mg can hold less than 16.5mg in each pouch. We group our range by nicotine per pouch:
- Low strength: 1 to 6mg per pouch
- Medium strength: 7 to 11mg per pouch
- Strong: 12 to 20mg per pouch
- Extra strong: 21mg or more per pouch
